How do I log in?

Answer: First you need to register as a user. When your account is activated (you will be notified via e-mail) you log in by filling in your e-mail address and password in the fields to the right at the bottom of the page. Thereafter click on Log in.

What can I do as a registered user?

Answer: You can use the Image order form and save images in your personal image folder.

How many images can I save in my image folder?

Answer: As many as you like!

How much does it cost to publish the image?

Answer: It depends on how the image is to be used. Please see PRICES!

How do I choose search method?

Answer: If you want to view images about Health and Medical Services you choose that category under Society in Quick search. If it is important that the image shows for example midwives you write midwi* in the Search concept field on the first page. Please remember to use the asterisk since some nouns are given in singular others in plural. Perhaps the image needs to be from Asia or more specifically Cambodia - just scroll down the Continent/country list and choose Asia (or Cambodia). If you, for example, want to search for a certain photographer or a combination of keywords please go to Advanced search. There you can see the entire keyword-list and select multiple keywords by holding down Ctrl (PC) or command (Mac) while clicking.

Can I get help to search?

Answer: Sure, you will then get a number of image proposals straight to your mailbox. Please state if your request is urgent.

When the image has both image name and image number and they differ, which should I give when ordering?

Answer: You should always give the image name, thus the number that is placed first.

Can I download high resolution images?

Answer: No, the images will be e-mailed after you have placed your Image order. See also the next question below!

Can I receive high resolution images via e-mail?

Answer: Yes, of course! Most images are saved as jpeg quality 11, and there should be no problem to e-mail them. A smaller number of images are as a rule sent via e-mail.

How do I account for the use of the ordered images?

Answer: Your Image order - where you also give details of usage - is saved as basic data invoicing, but should the size and placement of an image change during the production please account for the used image once more. Phoenix gladly will receive a copy of the printed matter when possible!

I ordered the images on cd - should I send it back?

Answer: No, that is not necessary. It is however, important that an image not be stored digitally, it must be erased after completed production. If you wish to use the same image later on you must place a new Image order.
